NBN FTTC

We have Hauled in excess of 400,000 meters of optical fibre cable from 1F- 576F and spliced more than 900 fibre joints on the NBN FTTC project for Downer and Lendlease.

We have installed and commissioned around 10,000 DPUs and Multi Ports that would be able to serve circa 40,000 premises on this project.

We have constructed more than 5000 copper joints from 5 pair to 200 pair onthe FTTC network for Visionstream, Downer and Lendlease and hauled copper cables from DPU to customer lead-in pits for preparing end premises to be connected to the FTTC network.

We have cut-over around 10,000 connections from ADSL network to FTTC network.

We have laid in excess of 50,000 meters of underground conduit and installed / replaced more than 500 NBN pits on the FTTC network.

NBN-FTTC

We have provided the following services for the NBN FTTC Project:

  • Underground and Aerial Cable Hauling
  • Mechanical and Manual Cable hauling of all sizes of fibre cables ranging from 1F to 576F
  • Fibre Cable installation and termination in Telstra Exchanges / NBN FAN Racks/ ODF and cable chambers
  • Optical Fibre Splicing and Jointing: Single and Ribbon (Underground and Aerial)
  • End to End OTDR Testing, Insertion Loss Testing and PON Testing
  • DPU Integrations
  • Copper and Ethernet Cable hauling and installation
  • Copper jointing of cables ranging from 2pr to 200pr
  • Service Cut-ins from ADSL network to FTTC Network
  • Underground Asset Location Services to locate existing utilities
  • Manual and Mechanical (Excavator and Trenchers) Trenching for underground conduit installation in any surface
  • Any surface breakout and re-instatement including Turf, Bitumen, Pavers, Concrete cutting, breakout and re-instatement
  • Underground boring for UG conduit installation
  • Installation of all sizes of telecommunication pits

NBN HFC MDUs and SDUs

We have installed in excess of 500,000 meters of co-axial cable (hardline / lead-in / internal) and installed and commissioned more than 5000 network devices that would be able to serve around 30,000 premises on the HFC network for Downer, VisionStream and Broadspectrum.

We have installed in excess of 50,000 meters of underground conduit and installed / replaced more than 500 NBN pits on this project for Downer and Visionstream.

Following activities were undertaken for this project:

  • Underground and Aerial Hardline Cable hauling (CX50, CX75)
  • Lead-in and internal cable installation (RG6, RG11)
  • Network device installation and commissioning (Line Extenders, GNA, Apartment Amplifiers, Line Equalisers, Taps, Isolators)
  • RF and End of line Testing

  • Internal cabling for Single or Multi-Dwelling Units

NBN Business on Demand (BDOD)

We have Hauled in excess of 100,000 meters of optical fibre cable from 1F-576F and spliced more than 200 fibre joints on the NBN BDOD project for activating fibre lines for businesses such as Woolworths, Coles, BWS and Officeworks.

We have provided the following services for the NBN FTTC Project:

  • Underground and Aerial Cable Hauling
  • Mechanical and Manual Cable hauling of all sizes of fibre cables ranging from 1F to 576F
  • Fibre Cable installation and termination in Telstra Exchanges / NBN FAN Racks/ ODF and cable chambers

BDOD

NBN OMMA

We have activated NBN connections on FTTC, FTTP, FTTB and BDOD networks for around 7,000 residential or commercial premises.

We have also activated NBN connections on HFC network for around 10,000 residential or commercial premises.
